Steve Wigginton brings over two decades of experience as President of Judit Inc., where he managed a Fortune 500 client base and grew his IT and Healthcare staffing company from its infancy to a staff of over 500 employees at $50 million in revenue.
Wigginton spearheads the program and guides its values, ensuring every institution’s athletes gets the mental health care the deserve.

Dr. Fishbein brings over 25 years of experience working with elite athletes as a Licensed Sport Psychologist, helping athletes maximize their potential and performance capabilities.
As Chief Psychology Officer, Dr. Fishbein plays a pivotal role in creating, fortifying and refining every facet of CBHA’s program.

JASON FINKELSTEIN, MD

Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Dr. Finkelstein always held a passion for science and the human body and mind. As Dr. Finkelstein continued investing this passion toward his studies at St. George’s University, Drexel University College of Medicine and Tulane University, he dedicated himself to improving the live of his patients, including student-athletes.
In recent years, Dr,. Finkelstein noticed an increase in anxiety and, in some worse cases, suicidal ideation among his student-athlete patients. With every passing year, the rate of mental health illness amplified. As CBHA’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Finkelstein aims to improve and save the lives of many student-athletes impacted by mental health illnesses.
